In just 3 weeks in December/early January we received a record amount of snow- somewhere around 70 inches. Thank goodness we have now had some melt and not much new accumulation! The kids missed 2 days of school before Christmas break, were home 2 weeks for break, and then missed 3 more days after break! We are all very happy that school has returned to normal. By the way, that is a 6 foot lamp in our yard!!

A fresh new coat of snow on our tree- certainly is beautiful!

Avery making a snowman. There was so much snow in the yard that she had to build it between vehicles!

Carson helping... that's Lacey supervising...
